1. Rental terms: Cottages are rented on a daily basis. Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM the following day.

2. Monitoring and Security: The property is equipped with a CCTV system covering the parking lot, swimming pool, playground, walkway, and trampoline. The monitoring is designed to ensure guest safety and property protection.

3. Check-in and Payment Procedure: Upon arrival at the Resort, guests must present a valid ID and pay the remaining balance of their stay. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

4. Changing Dates or Cancelling a Stay: In the event of a change in arrival or departure date (e.g., late arrival, early departure, or cancellation of part of the stay), no reduction in the cost of the stay will be granted, nor will any refunds be issued. Please notify us in advance of any such changes to avoid misunderstandings. Reservations are non-refundable. If a guest cancels a reservation for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.

5. Reporting Faults: Any faults or malfunctions occurring during the use of the cottage must be reported immediately to the owner or the Resort's administration. Complaints submitted after the stay will not be considered.

6. Financial Liability: Guests are fully financially responsible for any damage or loss of items contained in the cottages. In the event of damage, guests are obligated to cover the costs of repair or replacement.

7. Protection of Personal Property: The Resort is not responsible for valuables or cash left in the cottages. It is recommended to exercise caution and close windows and doors when leaving the cottage.

8. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are in effect at the Resort from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please respect other guests and refrain from loud behavior during these hours.

9. Pet Policy: Our Resort welcomes pets. Pet owners are required to keep their pets under control, which means using a leash or muzzle in shared areas. Please clean up after your pets and keep the Center grounds free of litter.

10. Disruptive Behavior: Persons who disrupt peace and order or fail to follow the rules may be asked to leave the Center without a refund. These measures are intended to ensure the comfort of all guests.

11. Right to Refuse Accommodation: The Center reserves the right to refuse accommodation to individuals: Unregistered and without prior consent. , Under the influence of alcohol or drugs, Behaving aggressively, vulgarly, or in a manner that endangers others.

12. Child Safety: Children and adolescents under 18 years of age may use the pool, playground, and trampoline only under the supervision of adults, who are fully responsible for their safety. Caregivers are required to comply with the rules and regulations for using these areas.

13. Inconveniences beyond the Center's control: The Center is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by factors beyond its control, such as power or water outages, lack of TV or Wi-Fi signal.

14. Use of Electrical Appliances: Using your own electrical appliances, gas cylinders, electric grills, etc., in the cottages is prohibited without the prior consent of the owners.

15. Smoking Ban: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottages. Violations of this ban will result in a fee of PLN 1000 to cover the cost of odor removal.

16. Visitors: The reception of guests who are not registered guests of the Center requires prior notification to the owners and their consent. The owners have the right to refuse admission or ask them to leave the Center if their presence has not been previously agreed upon.

17. Cottage Check-Out Procedure: On the day of departure, please notify the Resort Owner, who will inspect the technical condition and furnishings of the cottage in the guest's presence. Please leave the cottage in a relatively tidy condition (taking out the trash, clearing the grill, washing dishes).

18. Reading the Rules: The Resort Rules are available for individual review by guests during the booking process.

19. Compliance with the Rules: Guests agree to abide by the provisions of these Rules. Adherence to the above rules will ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay at our Resort.
